The J&J Electronics PureWhite 21064 is an LED pool light built for Sta-Rite SwimQuip light niches. This version is 120V, Cool White, with a 50 foot cord, model LPL-F1W-120-50-PSQ.
The wattage numbers
The F1W series draws 39 watts and puts out 2400 lumens, which is about what a 300 watt incandescent gave. That is where the 300W figure in the name comes from. Across the range, PureWhite delivers up to a 90 percent cut in energy cost against incandescent lighting and as much as 20 times the lamp life.
Build and light quality
The fixture is heavy gauge 316L stainless steel with an LED engine rated at 50,000 hours. J&J's Zero-Pixilation lens system spreads the output evenly so the light reads as a single smooth source rather than a grid of points.
