Product details

The J&J Electronics 21081 is a PureWhite LED pool light from the XI Series, the F5W model in 120 volt cool white with a 100 foot cord. Model number LPL-F5W-120-100-P.

Output and color

The F5W series draws 87 watts and delivers 4500 lumens, which is roughly what a 600 watt incandescent pool light produces. This one is the 6500K cool white, the color that gives the water a daylight look. The warm white version at 2700K is the choice if you want the softer glow of the old incandescent fixture.

Built for the water

The fixture is heavy gauge 316L stainless steel with an LED engine rated at 50,000 hours. That combination is why an LED fixture outlasts an incandescent by such a margin and cuts the energy the light draws. J&J uses a Zero Pixilation lens system so the light spreads evenly across the pool rather than showing individual LED points.

Ratings and warranty

PureWhite fixtures are tested and approved for swimming pool use by Intertek ETL, and this light carries a 3 year limited warranty. It is a 120 volt fixture for in ground pools, with a 100 foot cord.
