Product details

The J&J Electronics 26713 is a PureWhite Pro LED spa lamp, model LPL-M2-WW-12, in warm white at 100W and 12V. It is a lamp, not a complete fixture, so it goes into a spa light housing you already have.

Warm white, and why it matters

Warm white gives a softer, more yellow toned light than a cool white lamp. In a small body of water like a spa, that reads as inviting rather than clinical, and it flatters the tile and coping around the shell. Because the light is white rather than colored, the water and the surfaces near it show close to their real color.

LED in place of incandescent

The PureWhite line is built on high output LEDs, so it puts out useful brightness while drawing far less than the incandescent lamps these fixtures were originally sold with. The same family is specified for heavy use commercial work as well as for backyard spas.

Check before ordering

This is the 12V spa lamp. If your fixture is the larger pool light, J&J lists a separate warm white pool lamp for it, so confirm which housing is in the wall first.
