Product details

The Hayward GLX-PCB-MAIN is the main printed circuit board for Goldline Aqua Logic and Aqua Plus automation systems. It is the genuine Hayward OEM part and covers all versions and all date codes, so there is no need to match a revision.

What the board does

The main PCB is the central board in the automation enclosure. It runs the logic behind the system, reads the display and sensors, and switches the relays that drive the pump, heater, lights and valves. A failed main board typically shows up as a system that will not power up, will not hold its programming, or has stopped operating its circuits even though power and loads test good.

After installation

On newer systems the replacement board may need a manual firmware update, performed over ethernet or USB. Plan for that step so the board matches the rest of the system before you hand the pool back.
