The Hayward OmniLogic Power Supply Assembly, HLX-PSUPPLY is the replacement low voltage power supply for the Hayward OmniLogic pool controller. It is a Brand OEM Hayward part, supplied as a complete assembly, and it powers the Main Board and the valve actuator outputs.

What it does

Hayward's installation manual describes the HLX-PSUPPLY as the low voltage supply that powers the OmniLogic Main Board and its valve actuator outputs. When the controller is dead even though there is power at the breaker, the power supply is a common cause. A qualified technician should confirm the fault before the swap.

Installing it

The supply connects beneath the dead front, and Hayward's manual warns that power to the entire OmniLogic panel must be shut off before the dead front is removed. The supply sits on the right side of the subpanel, held by 3 screws. Remove the screws, then disconnect the incoming wires while noting where each one connects. Reconnect the wires in the same locations on the HLX-PSUPPLY, secure it with the three screws, replace the dead front and power up. Hayward confirms the supply is working by turning the actuators on and off.
