⌄The Hayward GLX-FLO-RP is the replacement flow switch for Goldline and Hayward salt chlorination systems. It threads into the existing tee with a 1/2 in. MPT connection and comes with a 15 ft cord, so no new plumbing fitting is needed.
Which systems
It is used on the AquaRite, AquaLogic and ProLogic systems and on the PureLine Crystal Pure.
Why it matters
The flow switch tells the control box that water is moving through the cell. When it sticks or fails, the system reports no flow and stops making chlorine even though the pump is running. Swapping the switch is a short job: unscrew the old one from the tee, thread in the new one and plug the cord into the control.
