Product details

The Hayward Goldline GLX-FLO-RP is the flow switch for AquaRite salt chlorine generators. It threads into a tee in the return line and tells the control box that water is moving. Without that signal the unit will not generate, which is what the No Flow indicator is reporting.

What you get

The switch with a 15 ft cord that plugs into the control box. This is the genuine Hayward Goldline part, and it replaces the earlier 2807-38 part number.

Before you order

This kit does not include the PVC tee. In most replacements you unthread the old switch from the existing tee and thread this one in. If your tee is damaged, Hayward offers the same switch packaged with a tee. When you install it, make sure the arrow on the switch body points in the direction of water flow.

Does this fit my AquaRite?
Yes. The GLX-FLO-RP is the OEM Hayward Goldline flow switch for AquaRite salt chlorine generators, and it also replaces the older 2807-38 switch.
Is the tee included?
No. This is the flow switch and 15 ft cord. It threads into your existing tee. If the tee is cracked or missing, Hayward sells the switch with a PVC tee as a separate kit.
How do I know the flow switch is the problem?
The usual sign is a No Flow light on the control box while the pump is clearly running and the filter is clean. Check the switch is oriented with its arrow pointing in the direction of flow before condemning it.
How long is the cord?
15 ft from the switch to the control box plug.
