The Raypak H000025 is the water pressure switch for the Model 5100, 6100 and 5100ti. It is the genuine Raypak part.
What it does
The pressure switch is a safety interlock. It watches the water side of the unit and closes when there is pressure, which is the control system permission to run. Without that signal the unit stays off, which is exactly what you want when the pump is not moving water.
Diagnosing a no heat call
A unit that will not start and reports a flow problem is not always a bad switch. Start with the obvious water side causes: a loaded filter, a closed or partly closed valve, a clogged pump basket, air in the system. If the water is moving properly and the switch still never closes, the switch itself has failed.
Fitting
