Raypak Genuine OEM 3/4" IID Pool Heater Natural Gas Electronic Valve

The Raypak 003900F is the natural gas valve kit for Raypak IID pool heaters, the intermittent ignition models that light the pilot electronically on each call for heat. At its center is a Honeywell VR8304K4814 electronic combination valve, and Raypak packages it with the two 1/2 in. x 3/4 in. bushings, the valve support bracket, two #10 x 3/8 hex head screws and the installation instructions, so the swap does not depend on reusing old hardware.

Fit

It covers a broad run of Raypak IID heaters: the 53A, 53B, 055A, 105A, 105B, 151, 153, 153A and 0155A, and the larger models from the 181 through the 405A. That puts it on the Versa 55, Versa 155, Versa 185 through 405, and the RP2100 R185 through R405 heater families.

Before you order

This is the natural gas version. Check your heater rating plate for the fuel type before ordering, and confirm the heater is an IID model rather than a millivolt standing pilot unit, which uses a different valve. Gas valve replacement should be done by a qualified technician and leak checked before the heater is returned to service.
