The Raypak 015095F is the polymer return header for the Raypak 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A pool and spa heaters. It is the genuine Raypak part.
What a return header is
A heat exchanger has a header at each end. Water enters at one, runs through the tube bundle where the burner heats it, and turns at the return header on its way back to the pool. The header takes the full flow and the full temperature swing of every heating cycle.
Why they fail
Headers crack, corrode or distort with age, hard water and repeated heating and cooling. The symptom is water at the end of the heat exchanger. There is no repair for a failed header; it is changed as a unit, and this listing is the polymer version Raypak fits to the 206A through 406A heaters.

Which heaters does this header fit?
The Raypak 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A pool and spa heaters.
Is it plastic or metal?
It is a polymer header. Raypak also builds headers in cast iron and brass for other models, so match the part to the heater rather than the look of the old one.
What does the return header do?
It closes the return end of the heat exchanger and turns the water back out to the pool. It is one of the two headers on the exchanger.
My heater is leaking at the end of the exchanger. Is this the part?
If the leak is at the return header itself and the body is cracked or eaten away, yes. Headers are replaced as a unit rather than repaired.
