Product details

The Raypak 017959F is the complete inlet/outlet header for the polymer header Raypak pool and spa heaters, supplied with the ProTek Shield already in place. It is the genuine Raypak assembly.

Which heaters

It fits the atmospheric 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A and the low NOx 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A, all with the polymer heat exchanger header, on units manufactured from October 2019 onward. Older heaters used a different header, so check the manufacture date on the rating plate before ordering.

Fitting

The header is the water connection on the heat exchanger, where the pool plumbing enters and leaves the heater. Replace it if it is cracked, leaking at the unions or damaged by freezing or chemical attack. Use a new o-ring gasket at the exchanger, and lubricate it before assembly.

Which heaters does this header fit?
The polymer header versions of the Raypak 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A atmospheric heaters and the 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A low NOx heaters, for units manufactured from October 2019 onward.
How do I know if my heater was built after 10/2019?
The manufacture date is on the rating plate inside the heater cabinet. If yours is older, the header design may differ, so check before ordering.
Is the ProTek Shield included?
Yes. The header ships complete with the ProTek Shield fitted.
Do I need a new gasket?
The header seals to the heat exchanger with an o-ring gasket. Fit a new one whenever the header is replaced rather than reusing the old one.
