Raypak Inlet/Outlet Header Complete with ProTek Shield

The Raypak 017959F is the complete inlet/outlet header for the polymer header Raypak pool and spa heaters, supplied with the ProTek Shield already in place. It is the genuine Raypak assembly.

Which heaters

It fits the atmospheric 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A and the low NOx 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A, all with the polymer heat exchanger header, on units manufactured from October 2019 onward. Older heaters used a different header, so check the manufacture date on the rating plate before ordering.

Fitting

The header is the water connection on the heat exchanger, where the pool plumbing enters and leaves the heater. Replace it if it is cracked, leaking at the unions or damaged by freezing or chemical attack. Use a new o-ring gasket at the exchanger, and lubricate it before assembly.
