Raypak Genuine OEM Unitherm Governor for Polymer Heat Exchanger

The Raypak 006719F is the genuine unitherm governor for Raypak heaters built with a polymer heat exchanger. It is the Capron version, matched to the polymer header on these models rather than the cast iron header used on older heaters.

What it does

The unitherm governor is a thermostatic bypass. It regulates how much water passes through the heat exchanger so the exchanger stays at operating temperature, which keeps flue gases from condensing on the tubes and shortening the heater's life. A governor that sticks open or closed shows up as a heater that short cycles, runs cold or sweats.

Fits

Raypak 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A digital atmospheric heaters, and 207A, 267A, 337A and 407A digital low NOx heaters. The governor plug and the 2 in. PVC connector and nut are separate parts if you are rebuilding the header.
