Raypak Genuine OEM Temperature Sensor Kit

The Raypak 009577F is the genuine 3-wire temperature sensor kit for the 206A, 266A, 336A and 406A Low NOx IID pool heaters. It is the sensor the control board reads to know the water temperature, so when it drifts or fails the heater loses its reference: the display reads wrong, the heater overshoots or never gets to set point, or the control flags a sensor fault.

When to replace it

Temperature sensors are one of the cheapest parts on the heater and one of the most common causes of erratic temperature control. If the symptoms above show up and the heater otherwise fires normally, swapping the sensor is the sensible first step before chasing anything more expensive.
