Raypak Copper Tube Bundle R206A, R207A

The Raypak 010059F is the genuine replacement copper tube bundle for residential 206A and 207A digital heaters built with polymer, or plastic, headers. It is the heat exchanger core of the heater: pool water passes through the copper tubes while the burner tray heats them from below. The kit includes the baffle, a flange nut kit and two o-ring gaskets so the exchanger goes back together in one job.

Residential and commercial bundles are not the same part

This bundle fits residential heaters only. Residential model numbers start with P-R for Raypak, P-M for Rheem and P-D for Ruud. Commercial heaters start with C-R and use metal ASME headers, and their tube bundle is part 010055F, which will not fit here. Before ordering, open the front cabinet door and read the full model number off the identification plate. The serial number on the same plate gives the build date, with the year in the first two digits and the month in the next two.

Copper or cupro nickel

If you want more resistance to aggressive water, Raypak part 010364F is the cupro nickel version of this bundle. It interchanges directly with 010059F on the same heaters.
