The Raypak 010368F is the cupro nickel ASME tube bundle for commercial 206A and 207A pool heaters. It is the genuine Raypak heat exchanger bundle.

Check the headers first

This bundle is specified for heaters built with metal headers. The header castings sit at each end of the heat exchanger, and a heater with polymer headers takes a different bundle. Confirm which your heater has before ordering, since the bundle and the headers have to match.

Why cupro nickel

Cupro nickel is the more corrosion resistant alloy of the two Raypak offers. It is what commercial installations usually specify, and it is the sensible choice where the water chemistry has already taken a copper bundle out once.
