Product details
The Raypak 006733F is a genuine heat exchanger tube bundle with an ASME rated cast iron header and copper tubing. It replaces the metal heat exchanger in a Raypak digital pool heater.
Confirm the model before ordering
The source data lists this bundle two ways. It is described for the R265A and R265B digital pool heaters, and it is also referenced against the 266A and 267A. Read the model and serial from the data plate on your heater, and if yours is not clearly one of those, ask us to confirm before the part ships. A tube bundle is not a part to guess at.
What is in the kit
Nine tubes, an eight piece baffle kit, a bolt kit, a stud bolt kit and nine header gaskets. Having the gaskets in the box matters, because that is the item that most often holds up a heat exchanger job. The assembly measures 17-1/8 inch long by 5-1/2 inch wide by 3-1/2 inch high.
When a bundle is due
Scale, corrosion and freeze damage all end at the same place. Once the tubes are restricted or leaking, the heater cannot make its rated output and water finds its way where combustion gases belong. Replacing the bundle with the factory part restores the heater rather than replacing it.
