The Raypak 010410F is the burner tray with natural gas valve for the 406A pool and spa heater with electronic ignition. It is the genuine Raypak assembly.
What comes in the box
This is the tray as a unit, with the natural gas valve fitted. Rebuilding a burner tray piece by piece means matching burners, orifices and the valve to the heater and the fuel, and a wrong orifice is a serious problem rather than an inconvenience. Buying the assembly takes that risk out of the job.
Fuel and ignition have to match
This is the natural gas version, for IID electronic ignition heaters. Raypak builds trays for propane as well, and the gas valve and orifices are different. Check the fuel and the ignition type on the heater data plate before you order, and never fit a natural gas tray to a propane heater.
When a tray gets replaced
Burner trays are usually condemned for corrosion, for burners that have rusted through and burn unevenly, or for a gas valve that no longer holds. Where several of those show up at once on an older 406A, replacing the whole tray is the cleaner repair.

Is this for natural gas or propane?
Natural gas. Raypak builds the tray in both fuels and the gas valve and orifices differ, so a natural gas tray must not be fitted to a propane heater.
