The Raypak 009490F is the factory wire harness for the R185B, R265B, R335B and R405B IID digital pool heaters. It is the genuine Raypak part, supplied complete with its connectors.

Why harnesses fail

A pool heater cabinet is a hard place for wiring. Insulation stiffens and cracks with heat cycling, terminals corrode where moisture and pool chemistry reach them, and rodents nest inside cabinets over winter. The result is rarely a clean failure. It shows up as a heater that faults intermittently, or one that behaves differently when someone moves a wire while looking for the problem.

Replacing it
