Raypak Water Unions and O-Ring for Crosswind Pool Heaters

The Raypak 018155F is the water union and o-ring pack for Crosswind pool and spa heaters. The unions are where the heater connects to the pool plumbing, and they allow the heater to be unhooked for service without cutting pipe. It is a genuine Raypak part.

Fitment

Crosswind models I-30, I-40, I-50, I-65, O-40, O-50 and O-65. The Crosswind is an inverter driven heater that adjusts its output to hold the pool temperature, and these are the standard water connections for the line.

When to replace

A drip at the heater connection that a snug turn does not stop usually means the o-ring has flattened. If the union nut is cracked or its threads are worn, the union itself needs to go too. This pack covers both.
