The S.R. Smith Mobile Aquatic Chair (MAC) AC0000 is a portable 300 lb chair for entering and leaving a pool or spa at facilities with a ramp, a zero depth entry or a movable floor. It is wheeled into the water rather than anchored to the deck, so no anchor is needed.

The frame is powder coated stainless steel in a unibody build, chosen to resist corrosion in water. The rotomolded plastic seat is 18 in. wide (46 cm) and gives a firm platform for the transfer. Rear stabilizing wheels steady the chair on the ramp and in the water, and the armrests flip up to clear the way on and off.

Because the chair is built to sit in water, it spares a user's everyday wheelchair the wear of pool use. It is meant for getting into and out of the pool, not for everyday use.
