Quick overview
- Stops running water Formulated to block leaks in cracked concrete and masonry while water is still moving through them.

Product details
Quikrete 1126-50 is a hydraulic water-stop cement supplied in a 50 lb bucket. It is a rapid setting, high strength material made to plug leaks in concrete and masonry.
What it is for
Ordinary patching products need a dry surface. This one does not. It is mixed and pressed into a crack that is actively passing water, and it sets in three to five minutes, quickly enough that the flow cannot wash it back out. That makes it the usual choice for a leaking wall penetration, a cracked equipment pad, or a below grade block wall that is weeping.
Where it can be used
Quikrete lists it for use above and below grade, and it cures gray so a repair reads as concrete rather than as a bright patch. Mix only as much as you can place inside the working time, because once it starts to set there is no reworking it.
