Product details
Gladon AG100 Waveless wall foam is a 100 foot roll, 48 inches wide and 1/8 inch thick, in blue, at the number 2 density. It is fitted to the inside of an above ground pool wall before the liner goes in.
What it does for the liner
A bare steel wall is not a friendly surface for vinyl. Seams, rivets, rust spots and dents all print through, and every knock from inside the pool lands on metal. A layer of wall foam puts something soft between the two, so the wall reads as smooth from the water side and the liner takes a gentler life.
Fitting it
Wall foam goes in during a liner change or a new build, while the wall is open and clean. Measure the circumference of the pool first and compare it against the 100 foot roll length, since a larger pool may need more than one roll and running short partway around is a bad place to stop.
