⌄Deck-O-Seal HS-1 SL is a one-part, self-leveling joint sealant built on silyl-modified polymer (SMP) technology. It comes in a 32 oz (one quart) container in tan, and this listing is for that size and color.
How it works
Because it is one-part there is nothing to mix. Pour it into a horizontal joint and it levels itself to a flat finish, then cures by reacting with moisture in the air. The result is a medium modulus sealant: firm enough to hold its shape and bond, flexible enough to move with the joint as the slab expands and contracts through the seasons.
Made for the outdoors
The formulation is designed for strong adhesion and for resistance to aging and weathering, which is what a pool deck joint sees year round: sun, water, chemicals and temperature swings.
