Product details

The AutoPilot CS50 is the ChlorSync salt chlorine generator cell for pools of up to 50,000 gallons. It is the genuine AutoPilot cell, the part that actually converts dissolved salt into chlorine while the pump runs.

How ChlorSync is set up to work

ChlorSync detects which cell model is connected, so the system configures itself rather than relying on an installer to pick the right setting. A 24 hour boost cycle is available when the pool needs more sanitizer than the daily schedule provides, and the system supports an automatic cover connection so it can respond when the cover closes.

When to replace the cell

Salt cells wear out. Plates lose coating over years of service and chlorine output falls off even though salt level and run time have not changed. If the pool will no longer hold a residual on a schedule that used to work, the cell is the part to look at first.
