The S.R. Smith Splash 300-0000N is a 400 lb battery powered ADA compliant pool lift in Radiant White with 344 degrees of rotation, supplied without the deck anchor.

The Splash is the manufacturer's semi-portable lift for swimming facilities: it is operated from a stationary deck anchor and can be lifted out for winter storage. A third party has tested and verified the series as ADA compliant under section 1009.2 of the 2010 guidelines. This part number is the standard version of the lift.

Fit

The N in the part number means no anchor. The manufacturer lists the LiftLock anchor 300-6200L, which has a 2.875 in. outside diameter and includes a cap and bonding screw, and it advises mounting the anchor 12 to 18 in. from the pool edge. Buy the anchor separately, or install the lift into one already set in the deck. A completed Deck Profile Sheet is required with the order.

Power and operation

A 24 V rechargeable battery drives the LiftOperator Intelligent Controller, and a waterproof hand control lets the rider operate the lift alone. The seat turns 344 degrees. A charged battery covers about 30 to 40 lifting cycles, with up to 12 hours to recharge. The frame is powder coated stainless steel and aluminum, and the armrests are integrated.

Included are the battery, charger, battery console cover, waterproof control, armrests, footrest and seat belt assembly.

S.R. Smith states the warranty as 5 years on the frame (powder coat excluded), 2 years on the electronics and motor (battery excluded), and 1 year on the battery, prorated. California installations need the CEC compliant BC version of the battery, charger and control box, which are not interchangeable with the standard parts.

The anchor is a separate purchase for this part number, and the Deck Profile Sheet confirms the lift reaches the water before it ships.

Does the Splash 300-0000N include the anchor?

Where should the anchor go?
The manufacturer calls 12 to 18 in. from the pool edge the optimal mounting distance. A completed Deck Profile Sheet is required with the order to confirm the lift suits your deck.
How many lifts per charge?

What helps with storage and moving?
