Product details

This is the Poolstyle backwash hose, 1.5 inch by 25 feet, built in PVC and shrink wrapped for storage and transport.

What it does

The hose clips onto the waste port of the filter and takes the dirty water away from the pool area during a backwash. Without one, the discharge runs across the deck and the surrounding area, which is both a mess and a slip hazard. Twenty five feet is enough to reach a drain or a run off point on most residential sites.

Built for the job

Backwash puts real pressure through the hose, so it is made in PVC rather than a light disposable material, and it is UV resistant so it does not go brittle after a season of sitting in the sun. The shrink wrapped form keeps it compact between uses.
