Bio-Dex Enzyme Oil-Out is an enzyme water cleaner supplied in a one gallon bottle. It targets the oils that every pool collects, sunscreen, lotions, body oils and cosmetics, and digests them on contact, converting them to carbon dioxide and water.

Where the oil goes

Untreated, oil in a pool ends up in two places. Some of it films the water line and hardens into the scum ring on the tile. The rest loads into the filter, where it blinds the media and shortens the run between cleanings. Breaking the oil down rather than trapping it means the filter stays cleaner and the water stays clear longer.

Safe to use around swimmers

The product is hypo-allergenic, non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-carcinogenic, and it leaves no residue behind. Swimmers can go back in the water immediately after treatment, so it does not cost you a day of pool use.

Other ways to use it

Diluted into a spray bottle it works as a tile and surface cleaner for oil and scum. On heavily used commercial pools it can be paired with Clearex 500 when a single product is not keeping up with the bather load.
