Product details

The CCEI PF10R24C/100 is the underwater socket half of the Plug-in-Pool wireless lighting system, rated 50W with a 100 ft power cable.

How it works

The Plug-in-Pool system is built from two parts, a water-tight socket set into the pool wall and a plug that attaches to it. Power passes between the two by induction, a magnetic field created inside the socket that generates current in the plug, so a light or accessory can be powered without running a cable through the pool wall. The plug locks onto the socket with a bayonet fitting.

Specifications

The socket runs on 21 to 29V DC, draws up to 52W, and reaches up to 70 percent efficiency. It uses a 2 x 16 AWG SJOOW power cable and carries an IP-68 protection rating. The socket body measures about 5-43/64 in in diameter and 7-1/64 in in length, with a wall drill diameter of 4-3/4 in.

Compatibility and winterizing

It is compatible with fiberglass, vinyl liner and concrete pools, and with RC+ control systems. A winterizing plug is included to seal the socket when the light or accessory is removed for the season.
