Product details

The Pentair 79200200 is the vinyl liner seal ring for a large stainless steel vinyl light niche, in the standard ten hole pattern.

What it does

On a vinyl pool, the liner has to be cut and clamped where the light niche passes through it. The seal ring is the piece that does that clamping, pressing the vinyl flat against the face of the niche so water stays in the pool rather than working its way behind the liner.

Getting the right one

Seal rings are matched to the niche by bolt pattern. This one is the standard ten hole ring for the large stainless niche, so count the holes on the niche you are working with before ordering. The ring is realistically only accessible with the liner loose, which makes a liner replacement the sensible time to renew it.

How do I know I need the 10 hole version?
Count the bolt holes around the face of the niche. Seal rings are pattern specific, so a ring with a different hole count will not line up.
