The Baker Hydro 00B7000 is the control plate gasket, also carried as G-317. It measures 8-5/16 inch on the inside diameter with a 1/8 inch cross section.
Where it goes

Fitting it
At an eighth of an inch the section is thin, and a thin gasket has very little to give. Both sealing faces need to be clean and free of old gasket material and grit, and the gasket needs to sit flat in its seat before the plate is drawn down. A light lubricant helps it stay put while you position the plate.
