Product details
The AquaStar SFL10101 Fill-Lid is a fillable skimmer and autofill cover supplied with its frame, in the standard square 10 inch size, white. Instead of sitting on the deck as a visible plastic square, it is filled with the deck finish so the skimmer reads as part of the surface around it.
How it disappears
The lid accepts natural stone pavers up to 35 mm thick, and internal tabs hold that material in place once it is set. The frame is adjustable, which matters more than it sounds: decks are rarely dead flat, and the adjustment is what lets the finished lid sit level with the surface rather than proud of it.
Material and hardware
The cover is a high strength engineered polymer tested to the latest GV154 UV standard, so it holds its color and structure in direct sun. Because it is entirely non-metallic, it does not require bonding and has nothing that can corrode, which is the practical advantage over a stainless lid. The 316 stainless steel screws supplied handle the hardware where fasteners are needed.
