Product details

The CMP 25538-900-000 is a square skimmer cover and collar assembly in white. It replaces the visible lid at the deck and the collar it seats into.

Sold as the pair

Buying the assembly matters because the two parts wear together. A lid that has gone brittle usually sits in a collar that has also faded and lost its grip, and fitting a new cover into an old collar tends to leave a lid that rocks or lifts. Replacing both puts the opening back to how it started.

Why it is worth doing

A skimmer lid spends years in direct sun with pool chemistry splashing across it. The plastic chalks, then gets brittle, then cracks. It sits flush in a deck that people walk on barefoot, so a failed lid is a foot injury waiting to happen rather than a cosmetic issue.
