Product details

The Aquamoto jumbo chlorine floater holds about 4.5 lb of 3 in. or 1 in. chlorine tablets, so it goes longer between refills than a standard floater. It also lets you know when it is time to add tablets.

Feed control and lid

A variable flow ring sets how much water reaches the tablets, which sets the chlorine feed rate. The top twist locks, so the tablets stay in while the floater drifts.

Stays off the steps

The larger throat on this model helps keep the floater from settling on steps and benches, where a parked floater can bleach the finish.

Questions and answers

What people ask about this product, answered by our pool techs.

How many tablets does it hold?
About 4.5 lb of tablets, in either the 3 in. or 1 in. size.
How do I control the chlorine level?
Turn the flow ring at the base to open or close the vents. More open means more water contact and a faster feed.
Why is this one called jumbo?
It holds more tablets than a standard floater and has a larger throat, which helps keep it from drifting onto the steps and parking there.
Will the lid come off in the pool?
The top is a twist lock design, so it stays closed until you twist it open to refill.
