Commercial grade, and why that matters
ASME certification of the heat exchanger is what separates a commercial heater from a residential one on paper, and it is frequently what an inspector looks for on a commercial pool. If the specification calls for ASME, a residential heater of the same output will not pass, whatever its BTU rating says.
Fuel, location and elevation
This is the propane version. Natural gas is a separate part number, so confirm the fuel at the site before ordering. The heater is rated for indoor or outdoor installation, and as supplied it is rated for elevations from sea level to 2,000 feet. Ignition is electronic, so there is no standing pilot to relight after a windy night.
Installation
