Quick overview
- pH measurement This is the pH electrode, not the ORP probe. The ORP electrode is a separate part.
- 10 ft cable The electrode comes with a 10 ft lead, so the probe can sit away from the controller.
- BNC connector Terminates in a BNC connector for the controller input.
- Aquasol Controllers part Factory part S020 for Aquasol chemical control systems.
- Restores accurate dosing A drifting probe makes the controller feed on bad numbers, so a fresh electrode brings the readings back.
- Wear item pH electrodes age and lose response, and once calibration no longer holds, the probe is due.

Product details
The Aquasol S020 is the pH electrode for Aquasol Controllers, supplied with a 10 ft cable and a BNC connector.
What it does
A chemical controller reads the water through its probes and feeds acid or base on what they tell it. The pH electrode is the sensor behind that decision. If it drifts, the controller is not wrong so much as badly informed, and it will keep dosing on numbers that are no longer true.
When to replace it
pH electrodes are consumables. The glass membrane ages in service and slowly loses response, and eventually the probe will not hold a calibration or lags well behind a hand test. Cleaning buys some time; past that point, a new electrode is the answer.
Before you order
This is the pH electrode. The ORP electrode is a separate Aquasol part, so confirm which of the two inputs is misreading before ordering.
