Pentair 522650 is the 10 GPD Stenner pump tube for the IntelliChem chemical controller, supplied two to a pack. It is the genuine part.

Why the tube is the part that fails

The feed pump on an IntelliChem moves chemical by squeezing a flexible tube with a rotor, so nothing but the tube touches what is being dosed. That is what makes the pump reliable and it is also why the tube is a consumable. It flexes thousands of times an hour and it sits in contact with chemical the whole time, so eventually it thins, swells or splits.

What a worn tube costs you

Output drops off long before the tube bursts. The controller keeps calling for the same run time, the pump keeps turning, and less chemical goes into the water than the system believes. Chemistry drifts while the panel still reads normal. Keeping a spare tube on hand and changing it at the first sign of trouble is the cheapest part of owning an automated feed system.
