The Pentair 754000440 is the replacement flow switch magnet kit for the IntelliChem chemical controller, supplied with a 10 ft cord.

Why the flow switch matters

IntelliChem only feeds chemicals when water is moving. The flow switch is what tells it that is true. Without a working switch the controller either refuses to dose at all, or loses the check that keeps it from feeding into still water, and neither outcome is one you want on an automated system.

Fitting

The kit is the direct replacement for the original switch on an installed IntelliChem. The 10 ft cord gives enough length to run from the plumbing back to the controller without splicing.

What does the flow switch do?
