Pentair 521509 is the gray vent fitting for the IntellipH controller. It is the genuine part, sold on its own.

Which fitting this is

An IntellipH installation uses several fittings and it is easy to order the wrong one. This is the vent fitting. The suction fitting that draws from the chemical container and the injection check valve that feeds into the plumbing are separate Pentair parts, so identify the one that has cracked before you order.

Working around an acid feed

Everything on the wet side of an IntellipH has carried acid. Shut the system down and relieve any pressure before a fitting comes apart, rinse the area with plenty of water, and wear eye protection and gloves. A fitting that has gone brittle and cracked once is a good reason to look over the rest of them while you are there.
