Product details

The IPS Controllers FC100G is the complete flow cell for Blue/Clear systems, supplied with its flow switch already fitted. It is the assembly the controller reads through, and it is sold here as one kit rather than as a cell plus a list of small parts.

Why it is sold complete

Replacing a flow cell usually means replacing the plumbing around it as well. This kit includes all fittings, the valves and the grounding lug, so a cracked or fouled cell can be pulled out and a fresh one built back in during the same visit.

The flow switch

The switch is part of the cell. It proves water is actually moving past the sensing point, which is what keeps a controller from acting on a stale reading or feeding chemical into a dead line.
