Polaris Freedom SC Cordless Robotic Cleaner, 3 Liter Canister Size

The Polaris Freedom SC is a cordless robotic pool cleaner. There is no floating cable and no power supply on the deck, so nothing tangles and nothing gets in the way. Drop it in, pick a mode, and it cleans the floor, or the floor and walls, in two hours or less.

How it cleans

A rotating scrub brush loosens stuck on grit while cyclonic vacuum action pulls debris into the 3 liter Easy Clean canister and keeps it suspended, so suction stays strong for wall climbing. The continuous treaded track wheels give it traction on walls, stairs and around the main drain. The canister has a transparent lid so you can see when it is full; take it out, shake it and spray it clean.

Getting it back out

The Tap and Lift Removal System means you tap the top of the cleaner with your pool pole and it climbs to the waterline, where water drains out and you lift it by the handle. A hook attachment for the pole is included for retrieval when you need it.

Charging and the app

The lithium ion battery recharges in under five hours. The cleaner is rated for outdoor charging, so you plug the cord into the back of the unit at the deck, keeping the charger out of direct sun and rain. The Freedom SC connects to the iAquaLink app, where you can check charge status, choose a cleaning mode and get a notification when a cycle ends. WiFi is not available while the cleaner is underwater.
