Product details

Ramuc EP Epoxy in white, part number 908131101, supplied in one gallon. It is a premium low film build epoxy coating for concrete, plaster and fiberglass pools, spas and slides.

How it cures

Epoxy cures by chemical reaction rather than by solvent evaporation, and that is what separates it from other pool coatings. The result is a hard, tough film with real resistance to staining, pool chemicals and abrasion. It is the usual choice for indoor pools, where there is no strong sun to drive off solvents, and for waterpark surfaces including slides.

Application

The coating is self priming and goes on as a two coat system, so no separate primer product is needed. The low film build formulation is meant to spread easily and cover well, and coverage rates are particularly good over a surface that already carries an epoxy coating.

The finish

EP Epoxy dries to a high gloss, close to a tile surface in appearance. It is VOC compliant everywhere in the United States and Canada.
