Olympic Zeron is a two part epoxy pool coating. This kit is one gallon of Viking Blue paint together with its catalyst.
One coat
The advantage of the Zeron system is that it goes on in a single coat. Olympic rates one application at up to eight years of service, which is the longest life of any coating in its pool range.
Working with it
Zeron is a heavier bodied material than Poxolon 2. It asks for more effort during application and it will not spread as far, so plan the quantity and the schedule around that. Measured over the years it returns, the cost per year of service still lands below thinner coatings that have to be stripped and redone sooner.
