The Raypak 007144F is a high limit manual reset kit with a long lead wire, rated from 100 to 240 degrees F, for Raypak commercial pool heater models 992, 1262, 1532, 1802, 2002, 2072, and 2342.
What it does
A high limit switch shuts the heater burner down if the water temperature exceeds a safe operating limit, protecting the heat exchanger from overheating. The Raypak 007144F is the manual reset version, so the switch must be reset by hand after it trips, and it uses a long lead wire to reach its mounting point.
