Product details

The Jandy R0719400 is the VersaFlo flue sensor kit for Jandy Pro Series JXi pool heaters at revision H and later. It is the genuine factory kit.

What the sensor does

The flue sensor reads the temperature of the exhaust leaving the heater. The control uses that reading to confirm the heater is burning and venting the way it should, and it will shut the heater down if the flue temperature goes outside the expected range. A sensor that has drifted or failed can therefore hold a perfectly healthy heater off.

Check the revision

This kit is listed for JXi heaters at REV H and later. The revision appears on the heater data plate and on the control board label. Earlier revisions use a different sensor, so it is worth confirming before ordering rather than after the heater is apart.
