Product details

The Jandy R0590900 is the genuine gasket kit for the JXi pool heater, covering the 200, 260 and 400 models. It is supplied as a set rather than as individual seals.

When you need it

Any time a JXi is opened for service, the gaskets that come apart with it should be replaced. A gasket has taken a permanent set by the time you get to it: it has been squeezed and heat cycled for seasons, and putting the same one back is how a heater ends up seeping after a repair that was otherwise done properly. Having the kit in hand before the teardown starts is what keeps the job to one visit.

Confirm you have a JXi 200, 260 or 400 and match the number R0590900. Other JXi service items, the sight glass kit and the igniter kit among them, carry their own Jandy part numbers and are not in this kit.

Is this a genuine Jandy part?
Yes. It is the Jandy OEM gasket kit, part number R0590900.
Can I reuse the old gaskets instead?
It is a poor bet. Gaskets take a set once they have been compressed and heated, and a reused one is the usual reason a heater seeps or leaks combustion gas after a service.
Does this include anything besides gaskets?
