Product details
The Waterway 672-4640 is a water manifold with 1.5" slip connections at the body and eight 3/4" slip ports along it. It is the part that turns one pump discharge line into a bank of individual jet feeds.
How a manifold is used
Spa plumbing runs a large trunk line from the pump and then branches it down to the small lines that reach each jet. Building that from separate tees is slow and leaves a lot of joints to leak. A molded manifold does the same job in one part, with every branch already sized and spaced.
Sizes and fitting
All connections here are slip, so the pipe is solvent welded into the socket. The main line is 1.5" and the branches are 3/4". Measure the pipe you are joining rather than working from the old manifold alone, since spa builders mix sizes on the same pack.
