Product details

Waterway 310-6600 is the complete 6 in. strainer trap for Waterway pumps plumbed in 2 in. It is the assembly seen on the front of the Waterway Hi-Flow pump and is listed for the Premier and Renegade model 756 pumps.

What is in the box

The trap body with 2 in. x 2 in. ports and its drain plug, the new style lid assembly with o-ring, a pump basket, and the split nut assembly with its two screws. That is every piece needed to replace a cracked or leaking trap without hunting down small parts.

Before you order

Check your port size. This trap is 2 in. on both ports; Waterway also offers the 6 in. trap in 1.5 in. x 1.5 in. and 1.5 in. x 2 in. Note that Waterway has temporarily changed the color of the replacement trap, so you may receive a gray trap rather than the one pictured. It is the same part.

My plumbing is 1.5 in. Is there a version for that?
Yes. 310-6600 is the 2 in. x 2 in. trap. Waterway makes the same 6 in. trap in 1.5 in. x 1.5 in. and 1.5 in. x 2 in. port sizes; order the one that matches your pipe.
Is the basket included?
Yes. The pump basket ships in the assembly along with the lid, o-ring, drain plug and split nut.
Why did mine arrive gray?
Waterway has temporarily changed the color of the replacement trap. A gray trap is the same part and fits the same pumps.
Does it come with the lid?
Yes, the new style lid assembly with its o-ring is included.
