Product details

The Polaris R0836100 is the blue main housing for the Quattro P40 and the Quattro Sport pool cleaners. It is the genuine Polaris part.

What the housing does

The main housing is the structural body of the cleaner. Drive components, the canister and the trim all mount to it, which is why a cracked or broken housing is not something to live with. The cleaner starts to flex where it should be rigid, and the parts attached to it stop sitting where they were designed to sit.

Rebuild instead of replacing the cleaner

Cleaners usually outlive their bodies. If the motor and drive still work and it is the shell that has failed, changing the housing brings the machine back for a fraction of a new unit. The filter canister, the canister assembly and the canister top are all separate Polaris parts, so order those alongside if they are worn too.
