What the enzymes do
Enzymes attach to non-living organic contamination and break it down step by step into simpler components, so a modest amount of product can work through a large volume of water. The SMARTZyme package handles the organic load while the clarifier gathers the fine particles that are left so the filter can take them out.
How to use it
Dose 2 oz per 1,000 gallons, or 60 ml per 3785 litres, broadcast around the surface of the pool. It can be repeated every two days until the water is clear. To attack an existing water line band, apply it directly to the tile at the water line. Let chlorine come back down to a normal level before adding it, and expect slower results if the water is below 70 degrees.
