Product details

The Piranha PA-533 is the Pro Line professional quality pool leaf net, fitted with a Quik-Flip bag and built on the standard aluminum Piranha frame.

Built for the pool floor

Scooping leaves off the bottom is what destroys most nets. The bag is dragged across plaster with a load of wet debris in it, and it wears through at the back long before anything else fails. Piranha sews an extra piece of rugged fabric onto the back of this net for exactly that reason.

Pro Line

This sits in the professional line, aimed at service work rather than occasional use. The aluminum frame is the standard Piranha frame, so it matches the rest of the range.

Rebuild rather than replace

The outer lip and the Quik-Flip bag are stocked as separate parts. When the bag finally goes, the frame stays in service and only the worn piece gets changed.

What is the reinforcement for?
The back of the net takes the abuse when you drag it across pool plaster to scoop leaves off the bottom. Piranha sews an extra piece of rugged fabric there so the net does not wear through at that point.
Can I replace just the bag?
Yes. The outer lip and the Quik-Flip bag are both stocked as separate replacement parts, so a worn net does not mean a new frame.
What frame does it use?
The standard aluminum Piranha frame, which is the same frame used across the range.
Is this a surface skimmer net?
It is a leaf net, built for lifting debris off the pool floor as well as off the surface. That is why the back is reinforced.
